lisagronski@ctosteopathic.com Dr. Lisa Gronski is the owner and physician at Connecticut Osteopathic Center. Connecticut
Osteopathic Center was founded to provide un-rushed, personalized care in Osteopathic
Manipulative Medicine and Metabolic Medicine.
Dr. Gronski is board certified in Internal Medicine and Sports Medicine. She graduated Magna
Cum Laude and with Honors in Neuroscience from Lafayette College. After volunteering for a
year as a physical education teacher with AmeriCorps in Baltimore, she went on to graduate
with Honors from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine (NSU-COM).
Dr. Gronski trained at the University of Connecticut for Internal Medicine Residency and served
as Chief Medical Resident at Hartford Hospital. She then trained at NSU-COM for Sports
Medicine Fellowship. Dr. Gronski practiced Primary care, Sports Medicine, and Osteopathic
Manipulative Medicine for 8 years in the Farmington Valley before starting Connecticut
Osteopathic Center in 2022.
Passionate and eager to educate the community about Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Gronski
serves on the Board of Trustees for the Connecticut Osteopathic Medical Society. She is also on
the planning committee for the Northeast Regional Osteopathic Conference.
Dr. Gronski enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and biking with her husband and 3 children.
She loves encouraging others to live a healthy lifestyle through eating a healthy diet, daily
movement, sleep, and minimizing stress! She is excited to serve as Physician Advisor for the
Longevity Zone to help make the Farmington Valley a healthier, happier place!
